It’s All Right To Feel Down!

It’s okay not to feel top notch at times. Changing moods are part of human nature. By accepting this, and at the same time building yourself up, the storm will soon pass.

Sometimes you can easily blame yourself for feeling down or depressed. However, it is important to be aware that in certain situations it is okay to feel down.
